CHARM suggests organizing a picnic as that KUEN can forget the past and enjoy herself. CHARM realizes that TONG dreams to have a restaurant, hence, she conspires with the 7 sworn sisters that TONG had won in the horse-racing game, so that he can use the money to make his dream comes true. In order to collect the fortune, CHARM steals a jade at home. Unfortunately, she is caught by JANE and JANE intends to tell TING. But she softens her heart when she saw the shadow of herself in the eyes of CHARM: Loving without regret. Moreover, JANE promises to keep this secret for CHARM. TONG believes he has won the horse-racing game. After amassing the fortune and with the encouragement of CHARM, TONG decides to open a restaurant and develops his business. On the other hand, CHARM claims that she has to organize a ‘spirit marriage’ for KUEN and borrows money from JANE……
