Play School
Details
Tools are devices that help us to get jobs done. Young children are introduced to tools and what they are used for as they watch adults use tools in everyday experiences. They copy and pretend and enjoy learning to use simple tools for themselves. Young children can also be interested in the special tools that are used by people with different occupations. In Play School this week we investigate all sorts of tools - from woodworking tools, gardening tools, to tools for sewing and tools for cleaning. We see children working with adults and using real tools through the windows.
