It's the early hours of the morning in Newcastle City Centre and two reckless drivers are using the city streets as their own personal racetrack. On car crashes, but as PC Brian Camsell reads the riot act to the bashful boy racer another car hurtles past despite the heavy police presence, mounts the kerb and bursts a tyre, but this driver isn't stopping.
