Details
Stinky Davis, a criminal, disguises himself as Binky the Clown to commit crimes around town. When the real Binky is mistaken for Stinky and arrested, he must stand trial and prove his innocence. Garfield, who is appalled that the show is doing an "evil twin" episode, gets involved to save Binky.
