TIN sees the chance to take advantage; hence, he agrees to share the burden of POON SANG and helps him to solve the problem. MAN and SI PING are playing mahjong. TIN insists to join in and loses a sum of money at last. On the other hand, TIN asks POON SANG to transfer his car to him at the solicitor firm; however, WAI quotes out the terms of the agreement, stating that the car is non-transferable.
