Details

Otani, a corrupt member of the OSI, sends out a group of soldiers to track down and kill Rio's father Frank, who is hiding in the jungle. Rio manages to locate his father before the soldiers, and finds Frank badly wounded in a hut. Frank reveals the true for why 'Operation Jaguar' failed, which is the reason he has gone in hiding.
