While uniformed officer Mike is enjoying 'intimate services' in the harbor's prostitution quarter, he accidentally witness a brutal mugging. Trucker Marcel Liekens get beaten into hospital by a masked man and passerby Sven Raes who tries to save him is killed himself. Mike only reports it anonymously.
