ZHI encounters DUO ER GUN who uses an assumed name ‘JIN ER WEN’. They appreciate each other. ZHI has noticed that all the colonels look up to GUN so much and he can hardly understand why. QING, who is disguised as a man, has kidnapped GUN for money. She goes to GUN’s home to get the ransom in person. QING is robbed of the ransom by JUN, a follower of the Hua Shan Sect, but has got it back later on. JUN and his senior HE have soon chased QING up and ZHI who passes by has repulsed them, just by chance. ZHI tells QING that he is looking for YI and QING just brings him home. The five elders of the WENS deceive QING, saying that it was XIA who made her mother YI suffer. QING thus hates XIA dreadfully……
